Paid Time Off

AllStaff employees will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked capped at 40 hours of PTO per year. Employees will start accruing PTO on January 1, 2024, or their first day of work, whichever is later. There is a 90-day waiting period before an employee may use PTO and PTO must be used in two-hour increments. Employees that have accrued, but unused vacation time on December 31, 2023 (where applicable) will be able to bank their accrued, but unused vacation time and will have the option of designating which leave (vacation time or PTO) they want to use. If an employee fails to designate which leave (vacation time or PTO) they want to use, then vacation time will be the default and applied first.
